1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DataSkubi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

HubDez is a gaming platform that allows users to:

• Play games and win data bundles
• Convert won data to cash
• Deposit and withdraw funds via M-Pesa
• Participate in referral programs

3. User Eligibility

To use DataSkubi, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid phone number for M-Pesa transactions
• Reside in Kenya or a supported region
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Game Rules

Game Mechanics:

• Each game costs Ksh.50 to play
• Select from available data packs (2GB, 4GB, 6GB, 8GB)
• Spin the wheel to determine the outcome
• Win data if the wheel stops on your selected pack
• Maximum possible win is 8GB per game

6. Financial Terms

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Ksh.50
• Deposits are processed via M-Pesa
• Funds are credited immediately upon successful payment

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Ksh.200
• Withdrawals are processed via M-Pesa
• Processing time: 1-24 hours

Data Selling:

• Rate: Ksh.50 per GB
• Requirement: Minimum 10 invited friends
• Maximum sell slots: 500 per hour

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems or bots to play games
• Create multiple accounts for unfair advantage
• Attempt to manipulate or cheat the gaming system
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Share account credentials with others
• Engage in fraudulent transactions

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HubDez and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

HubDez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
